Pimento Cheese Dip

Our Cabernet Franc is medium-bodied with moderate acidity and herbaceous and red fruit aromas. We love this creamy cheddar pimento dip with a glass of Cabernet Franc. The salty and savory flavors of Cheddar and pimento are well matched with the acidity and flavors of the Cabernet Franc.

  • 2 cups Extra-Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 2 (4 ounce) jars diced pimento, drained
  • Salt to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor
  2. Pulse until all ingredients are combined
  3. Serve with your favorite chip, bread, or cracker!
