After nearly a decade in the cellar, our 2016 Lamoreaux Vineyard Cabernet has reached its peak. Bold tannins have softened to silk, delicate aromas of spice and cassis linger, and layers of blackberries remain rich and vibrant – proof that patience has its reward.

Harvest 2016 was a banner year for Napa with ideal growing conditions. Sufficient rain over the winter led to a beautiful summer with moderate temperatures. Warm days at the end of the growing season allowed vineyards to ripen to perfection before harvest. The wines resulting from this 2016 vintage are some of our favorite to date.

These grapes are grown in the Oak Knoll bench in Lamoreaux Vineyard. Age has only improved this beautiful Cabernet, a favorite for many this fall season.
