Sequoia Grove Winery’s A Taste For Cabernet Wine & Food Experience opens new horizons for pairing food with Cabernet Sauvignon. We believe that Cabernet Sauvignon and other red wines work with a much wider variety of dishes than the typical red wine, red meat “rules” would permit. Our philosophy for wine and food pairings focuses on making small adjustments to prepared dishes in order to preserve or enhance the flavors of the wine. But don’t just take our word for it — come see for yourself! Settle in and enjoy tasting top-tier Single-Vineyard and Reserve red wines with four culinary delights prepared by our in-house wine and food expert, Chef Britny Maureze.
