Montaña Dorada translates to “golden mountain.” The name comes from the father of a Sequoia Grove team member who used to work at this vineyard. He would call this site Montaña Dorada because the hillside would be golden when the sun set. Mornings here are cool and foggy, while the afternoons are almost always sunny. This allows the Chardonnay to retain its acidity while ripening and developing flavor.

With aromas of toasted hazelnut, white blossom, and lemon curd leading into notes of brioche and bright citrus, this Chardonnay is an elegant match for cozy fall gatherings. Its harmony of texture and tension makes it the perfect bridge between preparing and enjoying a memorable holiday feast.
