This gorgeous site is located on a ridge at 500 feet elevation. The south-facing site gets morning fog and afternoon sunlight for balanced, even ripening. This is a Provence-style Rosé made by the maceration method. This means the Grenache (a red variety) was intentionally picked at lower brix and higher acidity for the purpose of making a Rosé wine. The Grenache grapes were picked on a cool morning, hand sorted and whole cluster pressed for maximum flavor.
