2019 Winemaker Series Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet Sauvignon is reddish black in color, and opens with aromas of mixed herbs, dried plum, baking spices, cherry, forest floor, raspberry, and graphite. Bold flavors of cocoa powder, dark chocolate, and cherry cola lead to a broad, flavorful palate, with hints of sweet raspberry, cocoa, coffee, and a long finish of sweet vanilla, chocolate covered hazelnut, and sweet red fruit. 2019 Napa Valley Cabernet Franc

Dark red in color, this wine is brooding with dark aromas of black cherry, sarsaparilla, graphite, violet, and forest floor. 2019 Montaña Dorada Vineyards Chardonnay

This Chardonnay bursts with rich and complex aromas of pineapple rum cake, white peach, nectarine, coconut cream, spiced pears, baked apples, and lemon bars, with notes of cinnamon stick, caramelized sugar, and key lime pie – reminiscent of your favorite bakery. 2018 Napa Valley Malbec

This dark red wine is brooding, showing minerality and slate, notes of tobacco leaf, and dried cherry. On the palate, this Napa Valley Malbec has inky flavors of dark chocolate, date, nutmeg, dried cherry, and clove. The wine is juicy and round with a fresh, bright finish, ending with flavors of cherry juice and fresh raspberry.

2017 Lamoreaux Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

This deep, dark reddish-black wine has aromas of sweet cola rolling into cinnamon and boysenberry, preserved plums and raisin cake. The wine is brooding and dark with notes of white pepper, spice and cassis. The rich cassis notes carry through on the palate, lending layers of flavor to this big, rich, classic Oak Knoll Cabernet Sauvignon with firm, chewy tannin. Decant when young or cellar 10-15 years. 2017 Cambium

This big wine has rich aromas of wild blueberries, glazed cinnamon donut, charred meat, and bacon fat on the nose. Cabernet Franc contributes a spicy, red cherry, floral component while the Merlot adds a side note of plum and currant. The medium-bodied palate is layered and rich with flavors of black cherry and cocoa powder. Altogether, the blend is seamless and elegantly round. Dark reddish black in color, this wine has vibrant aromas of blueberry bush, caramel, tarragon, and Bing cherry. On the palate, the wine is flavorful and elegant with balanced structure.
